So many men stay away from the Sacraments of Confession and the Eucharist because of the shame and guilt of sins of sexual compulsion. They cut themselves off from the Church and eternity because of it. This is no way to live.  

Sometimes, we need the help of others to give us the strength and courage to confront our own selves. And that’s ok. A man isn’t weak when he asks for help.
