A Catholic and an Atheist Discuss Pornography
For the past several years, I have been speaking and writing on the topic of pornography. There isn’t that many people out there doing what I’m doing, as you can imagine, but those that are tend to know me, and I them.
Now, it might surprise you to know that many of these people, these anti-porn activists, are not Christian. They are Jews, and Muslims, atheists, and agnostics. We disagree about many things, but all agree that the world would be better without sexual exploitation.
In a world where it is so easy to find our little corner of the internet and surround ourself with people who say and think the same things as us, it has been refreshing to be challenged by those who disagree with me, and to learn from them. So, with that as an introduction, here is an hour long discussion between me, a Catholic, and my friend Noah Church, who, despite his last name is an Atheist.
We discuss pornography, erectile dysfunction, what it’s like for a Catholic to go to Confession, and even vegetarianism . . . don’t worry, it will all make sense soon.
