Bishop Timothy Senior was ordained an Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia in July, 2009. During his time in the Archdiocese, some of his responsibilities included serving as the Regional Bishop of Montgomery County and Philadelphia-South, Chancellor of Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary and Rector of Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary.

A 1977 graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School, in Lansdale, Pa., Bishop Senior is a classically trained pianist and the youngest of the three children of the late James H. and Elise Rothwell Senior. He was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in 1985. He earned a Masters of Divinity and Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary, and a Masters in Social Work and Masters in Business Administration from Boston College.

On June 21, 2023, Bishop Senior was installed at the Twelfth Bishop of Harrisburg by Archbishop Nelson Pérez, Metropolitan Archbishop of Philadelphia, at Saint Patrick Cathedral in Harrisburg.

James “Jim” O’Day is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in development, executive management, sales, marketing, and relationship development. Jim brings a wide range of experiences serving in senior capacities in the consumer products, defense, homeland security and not for profit industries.

Mr. O’Day has successfully created various development, advancement, sales and marketing programs focusing on growth and profitability, relationship development approaches focusing on donor/customer satisfaction, donor engagement and client success and worked to create successful partnerships, mergers and acquisitions throughout his career.

Jim’s experience as a senior leader, (President, Vice President and Director) as well as the experiences gained by being a small business owner helps bring a wide range of leadership, managerial and functional skill sets to Integrity Restored. Mr. O’Day has been actively involved in men’s ministry as one of the founders of the Connecticut Catholic Men’s Conference and the Georgia Catholic Men’s Conference as well as a speaker at various national and regional Catholic Men’s events. Jim is an active and engaged Catholic, husband, father and grandfather. He teaches self-defense in his spare time and coaches lacrosse.

Peter C. Kleponis, Ph.D.

Dr. Peter Kleponis, PhD, LPC, SATP, CSAT, is a Pastoral Counselor and Director of Integrity Counseling Services in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kleponis travels throughout the United States and internationally educating Catholics on how to win the battle against pornography through his Fighting Porn in Our Culture . . . and Winning! program. He has presented his conferences to numerous dioceses, colleges and universities, seminaries, religious communities, parent groups, men’s conferences and other Catholic organizations. Fr. Allen Hoffa was trained for the priesthood at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Master of Divinity. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Allentown on June 6, 2009. During Fr. Hoffa’s priestly ministry he has served in a number of ministries including: Parochial Vicar, High School Chaplain, Catholic College Chaplain at Lehigh University, Director of the Diocesan Office for Youth and Young Adult Ministry, and Catholic Youth Event Speaker and Worship Leader. Fr. Hoffa was first connected with Integrity Restored in the Spring of 2016. In February 2017 Fr. Hoffa was appointed by his bishop, Bishop Alfred Schlert, to lead the Integrity Restored initiative in the Diocese of Allentown. To prepare for this ministry Fr. Hoffa was trained through the Integrity Restored Priest Intensive to assist those struggling with pornography in their life. Since that time Fr. Hoffa has worked with his bishop to develop a diocesan plan to address pornography for the faithful of his diocese at every level. This work has resulted in the Lumen Christi Commission in the Diocese of Allentown dedicated to bringing the faithful out of the darkness of pornography and back to the bright light found in Jesus Christ.
